Is it permissible to introduce additional CSM strake(s) in the bilge of the boat to that specified?

• Note 2 to the Construction Plan, DWG No. 3MKB-10G applies.
• The hull layup schedule is shown in the note; it is not permitted to have more, or less, strakes than that
