Update from David Franks:
We have 7 teams going through an intensive 5 weekends coaching including on board coaches, daily debriefs with photos and drone footage, considerable rib safety coverage, Saturday get together meals with a guest speaker  and when the weathers not good sail setting talks, mock protests, rules and first aid . It includes two teams from an inner London state school in a disadvantaged area (Grieg City Academy). Owners sometimes join in too ...
A lot of people contribute but David & Nicky Bedford run the program brilliantly.
