published 09/13/2021
Is it permissible to not have a moulded non-slip deck surface and, in lieu, apply a resin, urethane or similar based applied (or similar) non-slip surface?
- C.7.1.(a) and D.2.6.(d) apply.
- A non-slip surface may be incorporated in any area of the deck. The word “may” provides for choice, so yes it is permitted to have, or not to have, a moulded non-slip deck surface.
